A speedy response to enquiries
We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than waiting for a response. All emails and online enquiries will be answered within 2 working hours with out of hours enquiries answered by 11am the next working day. Our telephone lines are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and offer an immediate response.
A personal response to enquiries
All communications with Keylogo will receive a personal reply. We will not send out automated responses to emails or online enquiries and you will always speak with a person on the phone and not a machine.
Samples available for all products
No unexpected surprises, except welcome ones. We can supply a sample of any product from our catalogue or website and, if ordered before 2.00pm, we aim to dispatch the same day
Quotes delivered urgently
We know that our clients our busy which is why we promise to send you a quote for any one of our stock items within 2 hours of your request. For urgent requests we will aim to respond instantly, helping you get sign-off to place your order. For quote requests received outside of our business hours you will receive your quote by 11am the following working day. Certain bespoke products may take longer to quote due to waiting for suppliers to provide pricing.

Our comprehensive quote will provide details of the total costs for all items on your order broken down by item. The price we quote is the price you pay, no hidden extra costs for you to worry about.

From order through to production, we will track all stages of your order and keep you informed about the expected dispatch date for delivery. On the day of delivery, we will give you a call to check you have received your order and that you are happy with the product.
